Excellent location near the mall and historic district made it easy to enjoy the area. The breakfast offered plenty of variety, complemented by friendly staff throughout my stay. However, the restaurants had inconvenient hours between meals, and there was a lack of complementary upgrades for IHG Platinum members. Lastly, the gym was good, but the absence of welcome amenities was disappointing.

The shower's water pressure was lackluster!!! Dim room lighting made everything feel drab. The absence of a working wall mirror and broken towel rack were disappointing touches. Access with plastic card keys restricted to one floor is perplexing!!!

The room was clean and well-equipped, featuring a comfortable bed and all the amenities one could want. The pool area was nice, and it was easy to access local shops and restaurants nearby.

Yo, the dining scene here is lit! Breakfast was a feast fit for kings—fresh fruits, pastries, and made-to-order eggs! Super convenient location with a ton of spots nearby like Cafe Maquilishuat and Tony Roma's for local flair. The staff were super friendly, making the experience even better.

But not everything was sunshine and rainbows. That bathroom sliding door nearly took my finger off—seriously needs a stopper! Plus, trying to get seated at the restaurant felt like a ghost town. we were totally ignored for way too long.

I just returned from a great stay at the Real Intercontinental in San Salvador. The staff exuded warmth and professionalism, with a fantastic breakfast spread featuring local dishes. Although my room needed better upkeep, the overall ambiance and convenience of the location made it a good experience.
